This Is my mumbleth award on this blog, which was only inaugurated on the 1st of April this year – so you could say that I’m still a new blogger. What a great way to keep me motivated and inspired!
It’s been amazing getting to know different inspiring bloggers and their wonderful blogs. I am totally blessed to be a part of this community.
I would love to thank Grace Bey for nominating me on this post. She is an awesome blogger, an amazing writer and inspiration to me. Since I’ve known her she has supported me on this blog and in such an inspiring and energetic way. Do check her out and if you haven’t followed her – do it now!!

Three things about me:
- I’m shyly ambitious,
- Awesomely talented and
- Quite, quite charming (and if only I could crack this humility thing, I’d be perfect).
Questions:
- What inspires you to write?
My own dreams and desires seek expression in the world - If you were given an opportunity to make a change in the world, what change would that be and why?
I would have us all see that it all makes sense – because it does. - What are your views on the afterlife?
This is the afterlife that came after the last afterlife and comes before the next one. - What is the craziest thing you have done?
Fallen in love with myself. - What would you do if someone picked their nose in front of you? (haha)
I would twine my arm with theirs and pick my own nose. (hahaha)
My Nominees:
I’m only going to name ten here, but if you are reading this, and feel inspired – consider yourself nominated. Just let me know in the comments and I’ll add a link to your blog below.

aaaaaahhhh maybe! Ok, probably. I look at the positive sunny side of life, just call me Pollyanna. LMAO snicker snicker. There are people who encourage said positive happy feelings and that you immediately want to hang with because of it. You are in university? So I’m not sure how old you are, but I have to say you have a real wonderful take on life. It will carry you far.

This link looks wrong. It seems to point to your admin pages rather than a post?

argh. it’s supposed to log in to the site of the blogger award. Oddly enough it does for me. I forwarded it from the blogger who added me. dang. I hope it doesn’t allow anyone in cause that is an admin site crap! sigh
thank you for letting me know. I didn’t notice that when I sent it
LikeLiked by 1 person
Don’t worry about it taking people into your admin settings. What will happen is that they will go into their own admin area. They cannot get into yours without your password. And they don’t have that.

Ok, thank you. I figured it was passcoded, but I have no idea what it is lol. It’s like a car, I get in, turn the key and it works, greaaaaat, if not, it’s broke! Same goes with computers hahahaha I used to write programs in dos back in the day. Now I look at programming (when I can see it) and go WOW! haha how times change 🙂
LikeLiked by 1 person
It ain’t so very different to DOS these days. VBA is real similar and the rest is just oriented around objects. The more times change, the more they stay the same. 🙂

Okay. ❤ ❤ it. Your answer on afterlife. Hahaha. Good one. But why would you intertwine with the other person's hand?! My imagination is messed up now lol. But i didnt see that coming. So 😉 Awesome questions. God bless. Keep on writting. 🙂 ❤

Thanks, Grace. 🙂
It wasn’t so much an intertwining of hands, but a linking of arms – like when two lovers both drink a glass of champagne at the same time after linking arms:

Hmmm. Thank you for helping me visualize it. You are the best person ever. Like amazing. ( sarcasm lol). I didn’t like the imagination I had lol. I didn’t think of the glass rather than the ……ahhh again I get the picture.

Just for that night. Me and myself have an extreme version of a love / hate relationship.

‘An extreme version of a love/hate relationship’ – wow, I can really relate to that. This is the first time you’ve mentioned the ‘hate’ to me. Fascinating.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Hmm. I don’t generally take my hate out. Kept in an old shoe-box under the bed usually.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Ah, your very own Pandora’s box.
LikeLiked by 1 person
I prefer to call it Robert’s Little Box of Hate, but yeah – there it is.
Of course, you know it doesn’t exist, right? The only thing under my bed is a half completed jigsaw puzzle and three deflated balloons from my last birthday party. You just couldn’t make this stuff up!
LikeLiked by 1 person
At least it’s a little box, not a big one. A jigsaw puzzle! I used to love those. Old balloons? Why are they still there? I haven’t celebrated my birthday for years. Gotta turn off the WiFi connection soon – draining the battery.

Yep, I’m home! The flight was delayed by two and a half hours, so I didn’t get home until 2:30 in the morning. Boy was I knackered!

I hope you’re going to tell me that you got enough sleep after that and you are feeling well and rested. 🙂

I do feel well and rested, thanks. Not back to work until Monday – yippee! Tomorrow is a stat holiday. How’s Robert feeling today?
LikeLiked by 1 person
Robert had a good day with good feelings. He’s been kind and sweet and bit altogether inattentive to the needs of those around him. How is S planning to use her free time?

Good to hear. I washed my hair (which had become Linda greasy), lavished attention on my cats, and have been reading the book The
Loved One by Evelyn Waugh. Will go to bed early tonight and go for a run tomorrow morning. Will also need to get some groceries. Also need to get back to writing.
LikeLiked by 1 person
Is Linda Greasy some kind of new kind of greasy that the kids have invented? 🙂 Sounds like you’ve got some good stuff going on there. Don’t forget to get some rest too. 🙂
LikeLiked by 1 person
Should’ve been ‘kinda greasy’ (autocorrect is Scheiße). Speaking of kids, the theme song from Paw Patrol is stuck in my head. My plans don’t sound exciting, I know. 😉
LikeLiked by 1 person
Not familiar with Paw Patrol and slightly less than keen on being inclined to find out.
The neighbour’s five year old asked me how I could read whilst walking without bumping into things and she seemed very taken by my incisive explanation regarding peripheral vision. I was shocked because I thought I was pitching it above her pay-grade. But she, like, totally got it! Smart kid. Dumb adult.
LikeLiked by 1 person
I can safely say that Paw Patrol would not be your cup of tea. My nephew in Canada watches it too, and I watched the German version several days in a row with my niece. The same episodes – yikes!
Hahaha! No need to be so hard on yourself. I’m sure you already understood the concept at age five.

Sadly, I was not fortunate enough to have someone explain it to me at that age. 😦

Sossy Robert. 😁 Schlaf gut, und träum was süßes.
LikeLiked by 1 person
träum was süßes had me confused for a mo, but I got it in the end. Hope you had sweet dreams too. Mine consisted of pig and girls who want to be married when they grow up (according to my dream journal). Neither dream was particularly vivid, and neither was my written-in-the-dark handwriting.
LikeLiked by 1 person
I could’ve written süße Träume instead, but that would just be a direct translation from English (the phrase doesn’t sound as natural in German). I know I dreamt last night, but can’t remember what I dreamt.
LikeLiked by 1 person
You should keep a dream journal. It’s easier than it seems it would be. 🙂

I don’t mind so much getting wet – it’s the process of getting dry again that bugs me. All that effort with towels and dry clothes and heating and all of that – it’s pain in the buns. Still, that’s the English summer for you. 🙂
