  1. Tips for sleeping:
    1. Stop blogging immediately.
    2. Take a Nytol (or generic diphenhydramine hydrochloride). I take this occasionally when I can’t sleep. As long as one doesn’t make a habit of it, I think it’s fine. Unless you’re allergic to it, of course.
    3. Read the most boring book you can get your hands on.

    • Good tips – thanks for that. It’s because I’ve changed my sleep habits. I’m going to sleep an hour earlier so that I can get up earlier to meditate and then get to work sooner. It’s just a case of adjusting. I think the other think is that I had the bedroom window open. Been doing some painting and so needed to make sure the residual fumes got out. It’s all good – I’ll sleep like a log tomorrow. πŸ™‚

    • I can’t imagine how bad it must be to be unable to sleep night after night. Insomniacs have my profound sympathy and best wishes.
      As for me – this was only temporary. I had my window open (to let out paint fumes) and I went to bed earlier (to get up earlier). It’ll be fine tonight.
