How To Cope With Stuff

There are lots of things I could say to lots of people. But I’m not going to say any of those things to any of them.

When things niggle me or start to climb on top, here’s my one point plan to deal with it:

  1. Just let it happen. Don’t defend myself, don’t harp about it, don’t protest my innocence, don’t argue – just let it happen.

Whenever I get emotionally caught up in stuff I get frustrated, angry and upset. I always regret it afterwards.

I hardly ever regret keeping my mouth shut.
