Five Ways to Wellbeing

We use these at work. Thought I’d have a go at putting them into practice. So, here goes: I’m connecting by talking directly to you (yes, you!) on this blog. I’m being active by going to wash the breakfast dishes as soon as I finish this ost. I’m taking notice by … hey look – the sun is shining outside – it looks like it’s going to be a beautiful day. I’m keeping learning by studying and practising these five ways to wellbeing. And I’m giving by sharing these tips with you.

You’re very welcome. 😊

  2. I don’t know if this comes under the category of taking notice or learning new things, but I love meeting new people and learning about their lives. If I ask questions, I find most people have either things in common with me that we can connect on, or a background way different from mine that gives me a new and different perspective. Usually a little of each. Some of the most interesting dialogues I’ve had have been on an airplane or in a waiting room.
