Unjumbled

When I go abroad my thoughts get all jumbled up and I find it difficult to even think about creating (writing) anything coherent. It’s as if being amongst unfamiliar things deprives my brain of the bandwidth it needs to be able to do anything extra.

But I’m back home now.

I went to Oman (or should that be the Oman) for a week and then followed it up with a week in Kuwait. I met soooΒ many nice people. I ate food that I don’t even have names for. I saw interesting stuff and places. I played, swam, talked and enjoyed.

And then I came home.

Okay, maybe I still feel jumbled. It’s hard to say. Perhaps I need time to think about what I should be talking about. It’s entirely possible that life (as I know it) is entirely meaningless (at the moment).

But then again – maybe not. I reckon that I just need to adjust to home life. Or something.

Anyway – that’s why I was quiet.

Miss me?

    • Awiie! Thanks! πŸ™ˆπŸ˜‡
I could spend all day trying to figure out what your emoticons are really saying but I won’t. I’m just going to assume they mean that you’re enjoying life and expressing that in your own unique way. Oh wait – I just got one – the one with the bee is to emphasise your busyness, right? As in ‘busy as a bee!’ πŸ˜€
